Fresh milk from cows raised at a dairy farm in Nishio City (Aichi Prefecture) is made into cheese at a studio near a cowshed and immediately delivered to our restaurant.

Our natural cheese doesn’t use any artificial ingredients such as preservatives and antiseptics, and during transportation, careful attention is paid to factors such as the temperature, to preserve its freshness.
