帰国留学生連携推進事業

帰国留学生連携推進事業は、愛知県内の大学等を卒業した留学生のＯＢ・ＯＧが、愛知と母国の架け橋となり、様々な人材交流活動を行うことにより、双方の発展をめざす事業です。近年成長が著しいアジア諸国の中でも、留学生の増加率が大きく、また、平成20年に、愛知県が最初に経済交流に関する覚書を締結したベトナムにおいて、帰国留学生のネットワークを構築し、交流活動を行っています。平成22年11月、ハノイで、設立総会が開催され、正式に「ベトナム帰国愛知留学生ネットワーク（Vietnamese Aichi Ryugakusei OB・OG Network/略称VARONETバロネット）」が発足しました。

Former Aichi international students can serve as bridges facilitating the development of both Aichi and their home countries by engaging in various human resource exchange activities. VARONET is focused on Vietnam, which is not only showing exceptional growth in the Asia region, but also has the fastest growing number of international students coming to Aichi universities. Vietnam is also the first country Aichi exchanged a memorandum on mutual economic exchanges with in March 2008. The organization meeting was held in Hanoi, and VARONET started formally in November 2010.

バロネットは、名古屋事務局のほか、ベトナム本国のハノイ、ホーチミンに支部を設置し、現在、両国で約70名の会員が、ベトナムと愛知県の双方の発展に資する人材交流、会員相互の交流などに取り組んでいます。今後も、県内大学に留学した経験などを活かし、愛知県からベトナムへの進出企業や県内大学に進学を希望するベトナム人留学生へのサポートなどに取り組んでいきます。

VARONET established branch offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in addition to the Nagoya head office, and about 70 members are working on resource exchange activities for the development of both Aichi and Vietnam. VARONET will continue supporting companies in Vietnam from Aichi and Vietnamese students who would like to go on to universities in Aichi by making use of the experiences they gained while studying in Aichi
