etc.
Aichi Prefectural Labor Relations Commission offers a mediation program for personal labor disputes to resolve issues (concerning working conditions, etc.) between an employee and an employer.
The mediation program for personal labor disputes is designed to help resolve labor issues through negotiations. Three experienced mediators hear the opinions of both parties from a fair and independent perspective, identify and clarify issues, coordinate opinions, and give advice, etc.
Mediators (one public interest commissioner, one employee commissioner, and one employer commissioner) are selected from the members of Aichi Prefectural Labor Relations Commission.
The mediation program is available free of charge for both employees and employers.
Please note!
When an application is made, if the other party is unwilling to cooperate, the mediation process cannot start.
To apply for the mediation program, please use the designated form.
To make an application, please come to the office in person. The applicant (person involved in the dispute or an agent who understands the situation) will be interviewed to obtain detailed information needed for the mediation process.
Please note!
If the applicant is not proficient in Japanese, please come to the office with an interpreter. Also, please fill in the application form in Japanese.
